These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AE
Fabulous Finds website, online store, products, services, features,
tools, connected services, and related offerings (collectively, the
"Services").

AE Fabulous Finds is a branch of Artistic Euphoria LLC. Our online store
is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer our products and
Services to you.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, using a
connected service, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and by any additional policies referenced in them,
including our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

availability, we do not guarantee that any product will remain available
or that we will be able to source the same item again.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, specifications,
and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Display characteristics may vary depending on your device, monitor,
lighting, photography, packaging, manufacturing variations, or other
factors.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or offering at
any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Curated With Care and Created With Care

Certain AE Fabulous Finds offerings may be identified as Curated With
Care or Created With Care.

Curated With Care offerings consist of products thoughtfully sourced,
selected, inspected, grouped, or presented by AE Fabulous Finds.

Created With Care offerings may combine individually sourced products
with original AE Fabulous Finds presentation, creative assembly,
embellishment, packaging, or design elements to form a finished gift
experience or collection.

Because these offerings may depend on changing inventory and
individually sourced materials, exact contents, embellishments,
packaging, or combinations may vary where disclosed.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and are
subject to change without notice, except that price changes will not
affect completed purchases already accepted by us.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information
are accurate. If we discover an error in pricing, availability, product
information, or inventory, we reserve the right to correct the error
and, where permitted by law, cancel or adjust an affected order.

Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees may be added at
checkout.

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance of
that order.

AE Fabulous Finds does not independently control all payment-processing

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, address errors,

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and related remedies are

Unless otherwise stated, the AE Fabulous Finds name, Artistic Euphoria
LLC name, logos, Dragonfly imagery, original graphics, designs,
photographs, videos, written content, product presentation concepts,
site content, and other original brand materials are owned by or
licensed to Artistic Euphoria LLC and AE Fabulous Finds.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit,
publish, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our
original intellectual property without prior written permission, except
as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, characters, brands, products, and other
intellectual property appearing in connection with merchandise remain
the property of their respective owners.

The sale of a product bearing third-party intellectual property does not
transfer ownership of that intellectual property to AE Fabulous Finds or
to the purchaser.

12. Reviews, Comments, Messages, and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, messages,
feedback, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right
to provide that content.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory,
fraudulent, infringing, malicious, deceptive, obscene, or harmful.

Where you expressly submit content for public display, you grant us a
non-exclusive right to display and use that content for the purpose for
which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and our Privacy
Policy.

You may not use the Services to:

Artistic Euphoria LLC, and their owners, officers, employees,

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be
limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and
hold harmless AE Fabulous Finds and Artistic Euphoria LLC from claims,
damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the
Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another
party's rights.

or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent

and AE Fabulous Finds in the State of Indiana, United States, without
limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on a
customer's place of residence.
